| 摘 要： | 中越已就北部湾的专属经济区划界达成一致。从中越双方的协定来看,北部湾的划界既遵守了《联合国海洋法公约》,同时又体现了对历史的尊重和国际法的公平原则,为其他国家确立了灵活解决类似问题的范例,丰富了国际海洋法的内容。
