传统教育的教师地位与现代远程教育教师地位之比较

摘    要:无论在传统教育中或是在现代远程教育中,教师都起着他人不可替代的作用,且具有一定的特殊地位。文章从中国传统教育的教师社会地位和教师在教育中的作用变化论述入手,揭示了传统教育的教师地位与现代远程教育的教师地位所具有的共性,及其独特的个性。从而阐明现代远程教育的教师的社会地位,及其在现代远程教育中所应有的支持服务现代理念和基本素质。

Abstract:Teachers play irreplaceable role in traditional education or modern distance education,and also have certainly special position.The paper began with the change of teachers'position,and importance in tradition education.And revealed the general character of the status of teachers and their individual character between traditional education and distance education.And then,it claried the social status of teachers in distance education,and also have support service modern idea and essential quality in modern distance education.
