排污权交易制度下企业环境技术采纳时间研究

 分析企业采纳环境技术的动机，建立排污权交易制度下企业环境技术采纳的净收益模型，通过净现值最大原则得到了环境技术采纳的最优时间；通过模型分析和模拟得到企业环境技术采纳的最优时间与排污许可证市场价格、政府污染排放控制量、技术一次投资成本、贴现率、生产变动成本、技术行业采纳速度等变量之间的关系,说明了变量对企业环境技术采纳的具体影响；研究结论表明：（1）行业采纳环境技术的平均速度、减少的可变生产成本变动量、许可证市场价格、减排成本变动量、环境技术减排弹性与企业最优采纳时间呈反向变动关系；（2）环境技术一次投资成本和贴现率与采纳时间呈正向变动关系。

Analysis of enterprise environmental technology adoption time under tradable permit

This paper constructs a net benefit model of enterprise environmental technology adoption to study the optimal adoption time using principle of maximum net present value after analyze the motivation that why enterprises will adopt the environmental technology.The results of model simulation show the relations between optimal adoption time and different variables that the industrial average adoption speed,decrement of variable costs,price of tradable permit,decrement of emission costs and elasticity of technology emission change in the same direction with technology adoption time,while technology investment cost and discount rate change in the opposite direction with technology adoption time.
