主体性视域下教师积极课程意识的理论审视

摘    要:积极课程意识对新课程改革的实施、教师课程角色的转变、教师主体意识的唤醒有着良好的促进作用,它是教师以积极心理状态为依托、在课程领域内形成的专业意识形态,体现了教师对课程系统明了的认知状态、积极的支持态度、较高的反思水平以及主动的建构精神,具有生成性、正向性、个体性、缄默性等内在表征,需要在“内化——接受”、“转化——理解”以及“外化——建构”的过程中逐渐生成。

Abstract:The positive curriculum consciousness plays an active part in the implementation of the new curricu- lum reform, the change of the teacher curriculum role and the awaking of teachers' subjectivity consciousness. It is the professional ideological form based on positive psychology that embodies teachers' clear recognition of a curriculum system, their positive supporting attitude and their active reconstructing spirit. Such a kind of consciousness is characterized by generativity, positivity, individuality and so on, and is generated in the process from "internalization-acceptation" to "conversion-understanding" and to "exteriorization- construc- tion".
