| 摘 要： | 国外高校内部管理影响力可分为：学术影响力、科层影响力、学生影响力、外部影响力。这四种影响力在国外高等学校内部管理模式——学术影响力中心模式、学术影响力和科层影响力交叉渗透模式、科层影响力为主模式、混合型模式中的作用机制各有不同。本文试图对这几种模式的作用机制进行探讨。
