基于结霜试验的冷藏室回风口优化分析

摘    要:对一个典型风冷冰箱的蒸发器在不同冷藏室回风口下进行了结霜工况的实验研究,包括回风口大小、回风口位置、回风口形状等对蒸发器结霜的影响,通过分析给出了回风口设计的依据。结果表明:不同的回风口对结霜的影响差别较大;相对于蒸发器,冷藏室回风口的大小要适度,并且以对称为佳。

Analysis of Refrigerator Return Air Inlet Optimum Based on Frost Experiment

Abstract:In this paper,the evaporator of a typical frost-free refrigerator with different return air inlets in the fresh storage compartment was studied under frosting condition.The experiment aimed to find the impact of the size and location and shape of the return air inlet on frost of the evaporator and to provide support for the design of the return air inlet.The results showed that: the different return air inlets had vastly different impact on frost;in contrast to the evaporator,the size of the return air inlet in the fresh food storage compartment should be appropriate and,preferably,symmetric.
