| Abstract: | The core issues of management system reform at both college and department levels in vocational colleges are usually clear management hierarchy,optimized allocation of resources,implementation of target management and reform of the distribution system.Through reform of the human resources system,the motivation and objectives monitoring mechanisms,and improvement of the financial management system,it will be easier for both levels to deal with the relationship between development and stability so as to enhance their comprehensive educational capacity. |
