| 摘 要： | 高职院校师资队伍建设是当前职业教育普遍关注的问题。分析浙江省高职院校师资队伍的现状，针对目前高职院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题，从师资队伍建设的定位，规划、特色、机制等方面提出新时期加强高职院校师资队伍建设的具体对策。

| Abstract: | The issue of teaching faculty construction in higher vocational college has been brought public attention in recent vocational education. The writer analyzed the current situation of teaching faculty in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang, and put forward some detailed countermeasures on the respect of the orientation, planning, characteristics and mechanism of teaching faculty construction for higher vocational colleges to deal with the existing problems in this aspect and enhance their construction of teaching faculty. |
