| 摘 要： | 加强高校民主管理,坚持和执行好民主集中制,促进高校管理科学化、规范化,是高校持续、健康发展的重要制度保障。高校持续开展行风建设,是保证我国高等教育质量的出发点和落脚点。高校行风建设对加强民主管理起着重要的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Strengthening democratic administration and insisting on democracy centralization of higher education institution ensures it develop continuously and healthily,which can also accelerate the science and standardization of colleges' management.Calling ethos construction of universities plays a vital in strengthening democratic administration,and it guarantees the better quality of higher education in China. |
