| 摘 要： | 自尊作为人格自我调节结构的核心成分,在儿童社会性发展的各方面均具有重要地位,文化是影响儿童自尊的重要因素。笔者以多元文化背景下的338名三至五年级蒙古族小学儿童作为研究对象,对其自尊特点进行了系统深入的探讨。结果表明：性别、年级、来源地和父母文化程度均不同程度地对蒙古族小学儿童的总体自尊及自尊各方面产生影响。
