| 摘 要： | 日本是开展信息教育较早的国家之一。它在开展信息教育的过程中，非常重视信息伦理道德教育。文章简要阐述了日本中小学信息伦理道德教育的概念、目标、内容，并对其实施方式进行了探讨。
