| 摘 要： | 寻求有利于教师发展和学校人事决定相统一的教师评价制度是当前各国的努力方向，美国的基于教师行为表现的发展性评价制度便是这一制度的有意尝试。文章对这一制度的内涵和实施程序做了介绍，以期对我国的教师评价有所助益。
