These environments eonstruet the Socialization - Conditions of Principals. The author intends to explore the Socialization - Conditions of Principals from the analysis of three dimensions of living environments namely Substance, Institution ＆ Culture. The ＂Individual - Interaction - Institution - Society＂ structural analysis of Socialization opens the spatiotemporal interface of Socialization Process, however three dimensions ＂Substance, Institution ＆ Culture＂ give multidimensional effects to Socialization Process and provide a breakthrough point to Socialization Research.
