校长社会化条件初探

摘    要:校长社会化指的是,校长通过与其所处的各类环境的持续博弈来实现个性发展。这些环境构成校长社会化条件。文章试图通过个体生存环境的三大向度,即物质、制度与文化,来探究校长社会化条件。社会化的“个体一个体间互动一机构一全社会”结构分析为社会化进程打开时空界面,而物质、制度和文化三向度无疑使社会化进程更具立体感,并给社会化研究提供切入点。社会化研究之意义与价值由此显现在对那些散布与潜隐在校长群体或个人日常教育实践中的教育领导力的揭示。

Abstract:Socialization of Principals points to the Personality- Development of Principals through constant gaming with different environments around them. These environments eonstruet the Socialization - Conditions of Principals. The author intends to explore the Socialization - Conditions of Principals from the analysis of three dimensions of living environments namely Substance, Institution & Culture. The "Individual - Interaction - Institution - Society" structural analysis of Socialization opens the spatiotemporal interface of Socialization Process, however three dimensions "Substance, Institution & Culture" give multidimensional effects to Socialization Process and provide a breakthrough point to Socialization Research. The significance and value of Socialization Research lies in how to reveal the Educational Leadership which is distributing and underlying in educational practice of principal as a whole or as an individual.
