春秋末年以前经典意识与尚古观念的形成

从西周到春秋,中国哲学思想中已经形成了十分明确而清晰的恒常性观念,这一观念认为社会历史的发展有一定的原则或法则,这些原则或法则是稳定甚至不变的,而为了证明这些原则与法则的稳定、不变性,当时的人们发现可以诉诸历史经验或诉诸历史典籍,由此遂形成了相应的经验意识和经典意识,久而久之,这些意识形成为一种强烈的传统,并由此催生了先王观念、始祖情愫、尚古意识以及远古传说。春秋时期各国君主动辄引经据典,以及孔子推崇周代,墨子崇尚夏代,而老子喜好远古时期的小国寡民等思想行为,均植根于当时已经形成的经典意识和尚古观念。这一文化传统对后来的中国哲学思想乃至中国的社会、历史、文化发展均产生了深远的影响。

The Formation of Classic Experience and Favor for Ancient Conceptions Before the Late Spring and Autumn Times

From the West Zhou Period to the Spring and Autumn times,Chinese philosophy developed a clear-cut concept on consistency,which maintained that the development of social history had its own unchanging or even stable principles or rules. In order to prove the stability of these principles and rules,people of that time appealed to historic experience or books,which resulted in conscious and classic experience,ancient emperors,ancestors,and ancient legends. The special favor for ancient books and knowledge was deeply rooted in then classic experience and ancient conceptions,and this cultural tradition exerted deep and wide influences on later Chinese philosophy,society,history and cultural development.
