关于新世纪师专教育改革与发展的建议

师专教育作为我国师范教育体系的一个层次，在相当一段时间内将独立存在。在新世纪里，师专教育的发展观要变，发展行为要变，发展战略也要变。必须通过内部与外部的改革来实现师专教育的健康发展。本从政策与学校两个层面对师专教育的改革与发展提出了建议。

Suggestions on Reform and Development of the Education of Teacher's Colleges in the New Century

The education of teacher's colleges will exist alone during a quite period of time as a level of the education system of teacher's training in our country. In the new century the development view point of teacher's colleges must be changed, the development behavior must be changed, the development state must be changed. We must be develop the education of teacher's colleges healthily by of internal and external reforms. In this thesis suggestions on reform and development of the education of teacher's colleges are put forward from the two levels of the policy and schools.
