| 摘 要： | 通过对当前高师毕业生适应社会发展现状调查分析可知：与非高师毕业生比较，高师毕业生的就业率较高，更适应教育工作，具有较强的社会适应性和心理适应能力，但创新能力较差，取得突出成就的较少。因此，高师院校应在坚持师范性的基础上加强学生创新能力的培养。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the present condition of the normal school graduates' adaptation to the society development, we can see, the employment rate of normal school graduates is higher than that of other college graduates who also want to be teachers, for they are trained to be professional teachers with better social and psychological adaptation. But normal school graduates seem not good at innovation, so less make prominent achievement. Based on such reality, normal schools, as well as college, is supposed to weight more on innovative training besides professional training. |
