| 摘 要： | 由于我国各地区教育发展不平衡,师资结构不合理,男女教师比例在不同的地区、城乡与学段有很大的差别.教师性别之比的失调对学生的成长所产生明显的不良影响,已引起了社会和学校的忧虑,它所造成的负面影响应值得我们每个教育工作者去关注.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the unbalanced development of education,the irrational structure of teachers and the different proportions of male and female teachers in the different parts of China.The a negative effect on students' growth caused by teachers' sex disproportion,has already incurred the anxiety from both the society and schools.Therefore,we educational workers should pay attention to this problem. |
