网络环境下思想政治工作策略及运行机制

网络环境下的现代远程开放教育如何让处在师生准分离状态下的学员端正入学动机，自觉开展自主学习，有效进行师生交互，顺利完成学业？在分析我国网络环境下学员思想现状基础上，提出在实施教育的入学始业、课程注册、网上导学、面授辅导、考前教育等关键环节中施以适当有效的思想政治工作策略，要在工作全局层面建立相应的组织、队伍、活动方式等工作机制。

Strategy and Operating Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education in Web-based Environment

How can distance education in web-based environment make their students have a proper study. motivation, begin self-study spontaneously, carry on communication with teacher and accomplish their study smoothly under the ＂separation＂ condition between teachers and students？ Based on the analysis of the ideological situation of students in web-based environment, this article proposed the strategy of carrying on ideological and political education in certain key links such as entrance education, course registration, on-line teaching,face-to-face tutortal, and pre-exam education, and also constructed corresponding working mecha- nism such as organization, team and activity mode in all working aspects.
