| 摘 要： | 论述了风险投资对象，风险投资的基础、管理及运作的中介和风险投资运作等三个方面的误区。指出发展风险投资业，必须要有一大批具备丰富知识的科技企业家和风险投资家，对风险投资的客观条件、投资准则、投资决策进行科学分析，并且对不同阶段的项目、不同产业的项目进行投资来分散风险。

| Abstract: | This essay expownds misunderstandings in China on risk investment: targets of risk investment, foundation, management and its operating medium, as well as its operation. To prompt the development of risk investment, we need lots of entrepreneurs and risk investors in the fields of science and technology, who can not only have a scientific analy sis of objective conditions, principks and decision in risk in vestment, but decentralize the risk by investing in the projects in ditferent stages and different industries. |
