高校高水平乒乓队在两个相邻比赛间的小周期训练安排

摘    要:运用观察实验法和数理统计法对江苏科技大学高水平乒乓球运动员在两次比赛之间的小周期训练进行了观察分析,并通过比赛对运动员的成绩进行了比较,认为在两次相邻比赛之间的训练小周期安排应有1个减量(恢复调整)→量的强化→减量→强度的强化→减量(恢复诱导)这么一个过程;只有按照加大→适应→再加大→再适应的循环节奏进行,使机体内能源物质的累加消耗得到超量恢复后,再承受更大的运动负荷训练,才能获得新的超量恢复和新的机能提高;两次训练间歇时间要适宜,在超量恢复阶段进行下一次训练,机体水平才能不断提高。

Abstract:Using observe experiment law and mathematics and physics statistic law,this paper observes and analyses the minor cycle training among two adjacent matches of advanced table tennis athletes in Jiangsu University of Science and Technology,and compare the athlete's competition achievement.It puts forword that the training minor cycle arrangement between two adjacent matchs should have a decrement (resume changing)the strengthening of quantitydecrementthe strengthening of intensitydecrement (resumes leading) such a course;Only according to the circulation rhythm of strengtheningadaptationstrengthen againadaptation again,after accumulation consume of organism energy material receiving ultra quantity recover,bearing heavy sport load train again,could obtain new ultra quantity raise with the new function to resume;Being suitable in two training interval,carrying on the next training during the course of resuming in ultra quantity,the organism level could be improved constantly.
