摘    要:对“陕西学校改进项目”项目校和非项目校小学生的认知能力状况进行了测量和分析,发现该项目对教师教学能力进而对学生的创造性思维和批判性思维能力产生了显著后效;证明采用草根式的教师能力建设方式是农村小学教学改革的有效途径。

Abstract:The study measures and analysis the effect of Shaanxi School Improvement Project on rural primary students' cognitive development.It is found that the SSIP has improved both teaching ability and students' creative and critical thinking ability.It is also proved the grass-roots style of teaching capacity-building of rural primary schools is an effective way of teaching reform.
