浅析我国的流动人员管理

我国外来流动人员的管理已经从一般社会问题演变为公共问题,引发了多方面的公众诉求,越来越成为城市政府公众政策议程的重要内容.目前对外来流动人员的管理还有很多问题需要完善,而怎样完善,又该如何正确的对待外来流动人员的管理成了重点.通过对管理的几点思考,试图传达这样一个观点:管理的关键在于管理者本身,并从取消户籍制度这一层面为流动人口的管理寻求最佳方法.

Management of Floating Population

The management of the floating population has turned into an issue of public concern from a general one, which has brought about various kinds of lawsuits and become a tough problem for urban administrative institutions. Many things in the management of the floating population need to be completed. The key issue is what attitude should be taken toward the floating population. This paper is intended to find an appropriate way to deal with this issue in the aspects of improving the competence of managers and abolishing household registration.
