| 摘 要： | 松坡图书馆旧址是纪念蔡锷将军的重要场所,其创建是基于蔡锷将军的"爱国尚武"与"民主革命"精神,毛泽东主席曾批示:"特饬邵阳松坡图书馆列为一等图书馆"。该馆平面布局科学合理,建筑造型美观适用,具有鲜明的时代特色。且有较好的开发利用价值。
