| 摘 要： | 2003年11月教育部正式启动了“名刊工程”。教育部“名刊工程”是国家重点支持的、为进一步加强高校学报建设,展示高校哲学社会科学援救成果的一个重大工程。高校学报要进入名刊行列的前提是有一批品牌学术栏目,而学术品牌栏目的建设在于对作者资源合理性开发,掌握和开发作者资源是高校学报发展之本。当前高校作者资源合理性开发中存在的主要问题是:缺乏开发意识、服务意识、危机意识、竞争意识。而合理性开发高校学报作者资源的主要途径是:把握持续发展原则、建立作者信息库、营造良好的创造环境、遵循竞争性原则。

| Abstract: | The Educational Committee of the Peoples' Republic of China formally initiated the Famous Periodical Project in 11,2003 and issued the document about constructing famous philosophical and social sciences columns in 10,2004,that is,to select some excellent articles from journals of social sciences,and based on this,to discover and cultivate some renowned experts.The premises of stepping into the line of famous journals is to own some famous academic columns,which lies in reasonably developing the author resources.Owning and developing the author resources is the root for the development of college journals. |
