民族师范学院新生入学动机调查分析

调查并分析民族师范学院大学新生的入学动机,有助于教育工作者有的放矢地调动新生的学习积极性.使用刘惠珍等人自编的简易问卷1],对甘肃民族师范学院的2045名大学新生进行入学动机调查,并在性别和民族变量上进行比较.调查结果表明,民族师院新生入学动机较为复杂,占主导地位的动机是个人发展动机,不同性别及不同民族的新生入学动机的排序同中有异.
