| 摘 要： | 计算机在利用语义web技术组织知识中的理解等级只是按照规则的符号推理,而人类的文化、认知和伦理价值决定了知识组织的标准和价值。按照目前的web技术,计算机提供给用户的信息是价值中立的,而利用语义web组织知识则是价值负载的。语义web技术组织知识对人类文化、价值及资源分配影响重大。

| Abstract: | According the hierarchal theory of knowledge organization,we analyse that the understanding of computer is merely to inference according to semantic rule. It is culture and values that determinate the standards of knowledge organization. It is valueladen in knowledge organization by the technology of semantic web,and It has important influence to human culture and resource allocation during knowledge organization by the technology of semantic web. |
