人类造型艺术的发展缃历了四次重大飞跃，也就形成了艺术的四个不同的造型表现阶段，即原始本能表现阶段，异已崇拜阶段，自我觉醒阶段，自我表现阶段，它们分别具有一些得要而典型的化特征，另外，四个表现阶段又是相互过渡，相互影响，相互联系的统一整体。
