我国高职教育与民办高校的发展定位

从国际比较的视野看，民办高校的定位应符合社会需要，其职能能够为民办高校所承担。从国内的现实来看，普通民办高校定位于提供理基础性教育或职业性教育是比较合适的。政府可以影响民办高校的发展定位以实现特定的目的，但影响方式应更多地采用引导和利用市场机制，而不是采用强制的办法。

The Developing Location of our Country's Vocational Higher Education and Civilian-run Colleges and Universities

Exam from international comparing field,it can be seen that the location of civilian-run colleges and universities should meet the need of society and be shouldered by civilian-run colleges and universities.From the fact at home we can consider that it is suitable for general civilian-run colleges and universities to be located on liberal arts and science arts education or vocational education.The government may affect the developing location of civilian-run colleges and universities and realize their special purpose, but the affecting mode should be the way to direction and use of market mechanism but not the way byforce.
