| 摘 要： | 影响因子是一个国际上通用的期刊评价指标。这一指标除了与被引次数和论文数直接相关外，还与即年指标、基金产文率、自引率等因素有密切的关系。作为办刊机构和人员，要想使自己的期刊在社会上产生较大影响，就必须在提高影响因子的基本途径方面狠下功夫。

| Abstract: | Effecting factors are general evaluation indexes used all over the world. Except for the quoting times andthe number of articles, this kind of indexes is also related to present annual indexes, article's output rate by the fund, andquoting rate by SCI. If the editing organs and people involved desire to expand tea social influence of their periodicals, thefundamental measures on improvement of periodicals' effecting factors shall be emphasized. |
