唐山市海洋经济发展研究

唐山市发展海洋经济是解决陆域资源稀缺瓶颈的必然选择。目前唐山市海洋经济综合实力不断增强、海洋开发区域布局日趋合理、产业聚集初具规模、曹妃甸龙头作用日益凸显，但是还存在海洋经济总量偏小、产业结构不合理、海洋科技力量薄弱、海洋环境质量不容乐观等一系列问题，针对性地提出了唐山发展海洋经济的主要对策。

Finally the countermeasures of developing marine economy in Tangshan were put forward.
