| Abstract: | The financial budgeting of Enterprise can optimize the financial management of enterprise, enhance the awareness of prevention and risks, thereby ensuring the operation can be conducted in a rational and sequential manner and the enterprise can realize its maximum value. From the situation of the enterprise group management and the connotation of financial budget, this paper points out the importance of carrying out financial budget and puts forward some suggestions according to the present problems existing in financial budget. |
