| 摘 要： | 外植体的类型、植物生长素、细胞分裂素的类型及二者的不同组合均对一品红在离体条件下植株的再生具有影响。结果表明 ,在实验的 3种外植体中 ,幼茎再生能力最强。单因子实验中生长素以IBA、细胞分裂素中以 6-BA、组合因子中以MS +ZT 1 0 +NAA 0 1mg·L-1(以下单位相同 )效果最好 ,再生率分别为 68 4%、76 6%、95 3 %。

| Abstract: | It is the factors affected plant regeneration in explant culture in Euphorbia pulchrrima willd to different explants or aurin or cytokinin or the combination of the auxin and cytokinin.The results indicating that among the three explants,the young stem is the best one.IBA or 6-BAwas superior to plant regeneration as a single factor.ZT 1.0 with NAA 0.1 possessed the highest capability for plant regeneration.The ratio of the plant regeneration is 68.4%,76.6%,95.3% each other. |
