| Abstract: | The exploration of the model of elementary school teacher education starts with the analysis of its present situation and problems.The explicit exposition of the professional characteristics of elementary school teachers is the logical starting point to construct the model of elementary school teacher education.To bring forth new ideas into the model,the educators should adhere to the comprehensive method,emphasize the training of teaching skills and reinforce teaching practice.These are keys to improve the quality of elementary school teacher education. |
