摘    要:培训院校的管理状况关系到继续教育工作的成败,直接影响并决定继续教育的整体质量。通过对当前中小学教师继续教育地市级培训院校管理实践的总结提炼,阐述培训院校管理模式构建的基本理论,并分析培训院校管理模式发展实践取向。

Abstract:The management situation in training school has some effects on the achievements of continuous education which have the direct influence on the quality of the whole. Through the summary of practicing in training school management in continuous education, we manage to comment on basic principles of establishing a management model and to analyze the development of its model and the application for practice.
