我国非营利组织资金困境分析

现阶段,我国的非营利组织普遍面临资金短缺的困境,严重影响其生存和发展。造成我国非营利组织资金短缺的原因有民间捐赠不多、政府的财政补贴减少、自创收入不足等。为摆脱资金困境,我国非营利组织应采取明确社会使命、提高服务能力、维护良好的公信力和开辟新的筹资渠道这四项筹资策略;并通过争取外部援助和扩大自创收入这两个途径来筹集资金。

An Analysis of the Fund Difficulties of Non- Profit Organizations

Non-Profit organizations in our country are experiencing fund predicament nowadays,which affects their subsistence and development.There are several factors for fund deficiency,such as little contribution from the public,decreasing finance subsidies from government,and meager earning.In order to surmount this fund predicament,non-profit organizations in our country should take these four financing strategies: redefining their social duty,improving services,creating public confidence and expanding fund raising.Efforts should be also made to attract more exterior support and to increase their earning.
