| 摘 要： | 义务教育保证了每一个孩子都享有到学校接受基础教育的权利，可是大量的农村学困生的存在并还正在不断的产生的现实，严重影响了国家提高国民整体素质战略目标的实现。消除学困生成因的关键是：增强农村教师现代教育观念并使教师具有与素质教育相适应的教育教学能力；改善性格内向学生的心理状态；改革“应试”的考核评价制度。

| Abstract: | Abstract:The compulsory education ensures every child to have the right of elementary education.But the existence of the great number of poorstudents in ruaral areas increasingly affects the realization of improving the whole citizen's all-round quality.The key of eliminating the existenceof the poor students is to reinforce the notion of modem education mong the teachers and enable them to fit for the quality education,tu improve theintroverted students'psychological state and to reform traditional assessment system. |
