华北根据地“双拥运动”评析

“双拥运动”是中共在华北抗日根据地生存条件困苦、各方利益分化情势下组织开展的群众运动。运动的目的非常明确，即如何消除党政军民利益逐渐分化的现象，重新建立稳固的依存关系，使根据地渡过难关。运动将重点放在了个人思想的教育改造上，关键是让每个人清楚或者了解根据地党政军民之间相互依存的利益关系，并通过思想反省、公开检讨、推选模范、军民誓约等方式推进深入，最终取得了较好的成效。“双拥运动”取得成效的原因在于党政军民之间生成了一种潜在的真正的，并非虚幻的利益共同体。

On the Double-support Movement in the North China Base

The double-support movement was a mass movement launched by the Communist Party of China in the North China Base under the hard living conditions and the interest differentiation circumstances. The movement had a clear goal of getting rid of the interest differentiation between party, government, sc,ldiers and civilians as well as reestablishing solid dependent relations to make the base cross difficult barriers. It laid emphasis on the education and transformation of personal ideology. The key was to make everyone aware of the dependent interests relations. It was promoted through reflection, self-criticism, model selection and military and civilian pledge and achieved great success. The reason lies in the fact that a potential and real interest group was formed between party, government, soldiers and civilians.
