| Abstract: | This paper discusses the connotation and necessity of constructing harmonious university and points out the major problems as well as puts forward the scientific guiding ideas for developing harmonious university with the following approaches: coordination in size,structure,quality and beneficial results for all departments of university so as to consolidate the construction of advanced campus culture and deepen the management in system reform. |
