| 摘 要： | 知识产权法全球化存在诸多非理性的因素,要实现知识产权法全球化,应当充分尊重各主权国家已确立的知识产权制度;知识产权本土化应当合乎全球化的发展方向;知识产权法区域一体化应立足于区域资源。同时,要加强南南合作,扩大南北合作,整合国际知识产权保护的协调制度,充分发挥区际与国际知识产权司法保护的作用。

| Abstract: | There are many irrational factors during the globalization of intellectual property.To achieve real global policy in intellectual property,there should be respect the existing intellectual property system of each country.The localization of intellectual property should integrate into the global system.The regionalization of intellectual property should take its resources into account. |
