论高职院校的人本教育理念

党的十六届三中全会明确提出的“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”的科学发展观,是我们党以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,从新世纪国家社会经济发展全局出发提出的重大战略思想。对学生实行人本教育是教育落实党的这一战略思想的体现,也是教育活动在现代发展的大势所趋。笔者循着“以人为本”这一现代社会理念发展的脉络,结合多年的教育经验,提出“人本教育”还是应该主要以人的社会属性为本,其核心是以学生为本,树立人的全面发展观。

Discussion on the Idea of People-oriented Education in Higher Vocational Schools

The 3~(rd) Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee declares "persist in peopleoriented concept,establish a complete,coordinated and sustained scientific development views,encourage the development of economic society and human beings together." This important strategic ideology regards the national economic development as the starting point,and it is guided by Dengxiaoping theory and "Three Represents".Peopleoriented education on students is the embodiment of this principle,and it is also the trend of modern education.This article concludes that "peopleoriented education should put emphasis on the society nature of the human being" by following the development skeleton of "people foremost" theory and combining several years of educational experience.
