| Abstract: | The new civil procedure law gives rise to the new requirements to the People＇s Procuratorate in accepting civil Supervision cases, but the rules are not well- defined enough. The author, byusing system interpretation methods, explores problems in supervision of the application period, problem of failing to make a decision, mistakes in second judgment and then puts forward some countermeasures. |
