| Abstract: | The strategy of constructing a powerful cultural country has a comprehensive engendering background. Our Party has learned more carefully aboul the discipline of our country＇s culture construction in the peaceful and developing times, which causes our government to take corresponding strategy in time. Under the condition of the globalization, the cultural safety is becoming more and more important, which requires our Party to pay more attention to upgrading the cultural soft power. Many kinds of culture coexist and conflict in China during the transformation period, which makes it face a lot of austere crises and challenge to upgrade the cultural soft power. |
