| 摘 要： | 20世纪 80年代中期 ,英国政府提出了“为成功的未来而开发技能”的口号 ,在全国开展了职业资格证书教育 ,这一改革为英国发展教育 ,促进就业 ,振兴经济产生了深远的影响。它对我国职业技术教育的启示也是深远的。
