略论中国改革开放的成功经验

党的十七大对我国改革开放30年的伟大实践进行了系统总结，概括了宝贵的经验，要从中国改革过程中的一些具体的策略性的做法来分析中国改革之所以能够取得成功的原因。“摸着石头过河”的渐进式改革思路；率先从农村这个薄弱而空白的地方着手改革；特别是改革通过逐步的、局部的制度调整，积少成多，由量变到质变，这一条十分重要的经验，值得进行深入的理论探讨，也需要进行认真地实践总结。
