| Abstract: | With the coming peak - hour of employment after the increasing enrollment of colleges, the situation of employment is becoming severe day by day. The enhancement of professional ability and work level of staff member in charge of employment - guiding is broadly concerned. People have more and more clearly realized that the whole ability of staff of employment - guiding in colleges is the key role in the aspect of promoting the employment task of college students. |
