| Abstract: | Since 1989, the third Generation of CCP Leading Group has creatively enhanced and developed the Deng Xiaoping's foreign policy, and formed a new foreign policy to Asian-Pacific area during the turn of the new century. It has established a new situation for China's foreign affairs to Asian-Pacific area, and provided a peaceful and safe environment for China's modernization. This essay attempts to discuss and review the foreign affairs of the third Generation of CCP Leading Group. |
