| 摘 要： | 从大学的教学管理、学术管理和人才培养目标上，把握经济学科的实用特征优势，根据专业型和学术型人才的需求规律等，结合当代经济实践与经济类专业人才培养模式的探索、实践与经验，建构大学教育·社会实践＋综合·学习·开放·国际化的“2＋4”经济专业理论与经济实践结合型人才的新培养模式，并据培养需要及环境变化及时对人才战略措施进行动态调整，为做人、做事、做学问舍一的人才培养体系奠定基础。
