BP神经网络在知识型企业研发团队知识创新绩效评价中的应用研究

知识创新是知识型企业研发团队的主要工作和根本任务。通过分析知识型企业研发团队知识创新活动的基本类型、成果形式和主要特点，建立知识型企业研发团队知识创新绩效评价指标体系。在此基础上，通过实证研究建立基于BP神经网络的研发团队知识创新绩效综合评价模型，并运用该评价指标体系和综合评价模型对样本团队的知识创新绩效进行模型仿真。

An Empirical Study on Knowledge Innovation Performance of R&D Teams in Knowledge-based Enterprises Using BP Neural Network

The R&D teams’ main task is knowledge innovation. The paper analyzes the basic types, the forms of achievement, and the main characteristics of knowledge innovation of the R&D teams in knowledge-based enterprises, and then establishes the index system on knowledge innovation performance of R&D teams in knowledge-based enterprises. On that basis, the paper presents the knowledge innovation performance evaluation model, and the emulation is made about the knowledge innovation performance using BP neural network after an empirical study.
