| 摘 要： | 教育考试国家题库建设是我国教育考试"十一五"期间的一项重要工作任务。本文主要从国家教育考试题库建设的思想建设、制度建设、工作转轨、软硬件设备等几个方面对题库建设一期工作的开展情况进行了介绍,并对今后的题库建设工作进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The item bank building for national education examinations is an important task in"11~(th)Five-Year"Plan of China's education examination.This paper mainly introduces the situation of the first period of item bank building from the ideology construction,system construction,work restructuring,and the software and hardware equipment preparation.Future outlook as well as related problems of item bank building is also proposed in this paper. |
