| 摘 要： | 建设生态文明和践行科学发展观统一于全面建设小康社会的伟大事业中,二者有着深刻而全面的内在联系,主要在于:建设生态文明是统筹兼顾之科学方法的特定实践,可见与科学发展观的方法论相匹配;建设生态文明是实现社会和谐与可持续发展的必由之路,因而与科学发展观的要求相适应;建设生态文明是以人为本之理念的现实展开,显然与科学发展观的核心价值相一致。换言之,建设生态文明在方法论、实践目标和核心理念诸方面都与践行科学发展观高度地契合,故而是科学发展观的应有之义。
